The License Officer shall have the authority to require a licensee to keep and produce such records and documents as may be necessary to ascertain compliance with the provisions of this chapter. Further, the License Officer may require a licensee to produce such records for inspection at any time during regular business hours, or after hours, without prior notice to the licensee.
