684.02 FIREWORKS PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION.

No person shall display, sell, offer for sale, fire or set off firecrackers, bombs, blank cartridges or any other fireworks. However, nothing herein contained shall prohibit the Mayor from licensing public displays in which aerial bombs and rockets are exhibited.
