668.02 VACANT LOTS; VACANT BUILDINGS.

Sidewalks in front of and adjacent to vacant lots or vacant buildings shall be cleaned by the owners thereof. In the event that the owner in any such case is a nonresident, it shall be the duty of the agent of such owner to remove the snow, ice and sleet.
