664.13 PROXIMITY OF ANIMALS TO DWELLING HOUSES.
   No person shall maintain a coop, pen or enclosure, wherein are kept horses, cows, chickens, ducks, geese or other animals or poultry, closer than twenty feet to any dwelling house.
