664.04 CLEANING OF PRIVIES, CESSPOOLS, ETC.

All privies, urinals, cesspools or other receptacles for human excrement shall be cleansed at sufficiently frequent intervals to prevent the contents from overflowing. All such cleansing shall be done after 10:00 p.m.
