624.08 ENFORCEMENT AND JUDICIAL REVIEW.

The complainant or the Human Relations Commission may secure enforcement of the order of the Commission or other appropriate relief by application to the Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County in the same manner as is provided by Section 10 of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act.
