As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise:
(a) "Alcoholic beverage" means any spirits, wine, beer, ale or other liquid containing more than one-half of one percent of alcohol by volume which is fit for consumption as a beverage.
(b) "Container" means any bottle, can or other vessel in which alcoholic beverages are contained.
(c) "Wrapper" means any box, carton, paper or other material enclosing a container.
