Council may, by resolution, periodically amend the fees and charges for parking as set forth in this chapter. Said resolution will be effective in accordance with the terms thereof, provided that a copy of the resolution will be on display in the office of the City Clerk and shall be made available to all persons requesting same upon the payment of reasonable costs of reproduction.
