482.19 USE OF OFF-STREET SITES; PARKING POSITION.

No operator of a motor vehicle shall park in any of the spaces designated for parking in off-street parking sites by placing such motor vehicle in such a parking space so that the rear end thereof faces the parking meter provided for such parking space.
