482.145 MONTHLY PARKING AT SITES 1, 2 AND 8.

The Director of the Bureau of Traffic and Parking shall have the authority to rent monthly parking spaces in Site No. 1 (Elks); Site No. 2 (Penn-Shenango: Tract land 2) and Site No. 8 (Water Avenue) under special circumstances, but shall be limited to ten percent of the total spaces of each site.

The monthly rate shall be twelve dollars ($12.00).
