(a) The operator of any vehicle shall deposit, upon entering off-street parking meter zone Site Nos. 1 and 5, a coin of the United States at the rate of five cents ($0.05) for each one-half hour period, and upon entering off-street parking meter zone Site No. 2, a coin of the United States at the rate of ten cents ($0.10) for each one-hour period, and upon entering Site No. 4, a coin of the United States at the rate of ten cents ($0.10) for a one-hour period, and upon entering off-street meter zone Site No. 3, a coin of the United States at the rate of ten cents ($0.10) for each one-half hour period, in the parking meter designated for the appropriate parking space.

(b) The operator of a vehicle may purchase from the Mayor or his designated representative permits at Site No. 5 at the rate of twelve dollars ($12.00) per month.

(c) The deposit of five cents ($0.05) for each half hour period in Site No. 5, Tracts 1 and 2, is not required Monday through Friday during the hours of 12:00 noon and 2:00 p.m.
