482.05 OFF-STREET PARKING METER ZONES.
   No vehicle shall be parked between the hours of 8:00 a. m. and 9:00 p. m. on week days, and between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Sundays, in excess of five hours at any one time upon portions of the off-street parking system and Sites No. 1, 2, 4 and 5, or in excess of two hours at any one time upon portions of the off-street parking system and Site 3. Such Sites are off-street parking meter zones, designated and described as follows:
   (a)   Site No. 1 shall be known and designated as the Elk's Site and is described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of the intersection of East Silver Street and Shenango Avenue; being bounded on the east by Shenango Avenue a distance of 145.51 feet; on the south by other lands of B. P.O.E., Lodge No. 103, a distance of 115.0 feet; on the west by River Avenue a distance of 114.25 feet; thence in a northeasterly direction along the lands of the Standard Oil Company a distance of 50.0 feet; thence along the south line of East Silver Street a distance of 115.0 feet.
   (b)   Site No. 2 shall be known and designated as the Penn-Shenango Site and is described as follows:
      (1)   Tract No. 1: Beginning at the point at the northeast intersection of Penn Avenue and East Silver Street; thence along the east line of Penn Avenue a distance of 150.0 feet; thence along the south line of the lands of General State Authority (Pennsylvania State University) a distance of 135.5 feet; thence along the west line of an unnamed alley a distance of 148.55 feet; thence westerly along the north line of East Silver Street a distance of 115.0 feet.
      (2)   Tract No. 2: Beginning at a point at the northwest intersection of Shenango Avenue and East Silver Street; thence along the north line of East Silver Street a distance of 111.0 feet; thence in a northerly direction along the east line of an unnamed alley a distance of 100.0 feet; thence along the south line of lands of Thomas E. Alverson a distance of 108.0 feet more or less; thence along the west line of Shenango Avenue a distance of 100.0 feet.
   (c)   Site No. 3 shall be known and designated as the Pitt-Vine Site and is described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Pitt Street and Vine Avenue; being bound on the south by the north line of Pitt Street a distance of 79.5 feet; thence northerly along the east line of lands of the Tastee Bakery a distance of 57.0 feet; thence in an easterly direction along the south line of the lands of Valley Tastee Bakery a distance of 79.5 feet to the west line of Vine Avenue; thence southerly a distance of 57.0 feet to the point at the place of beginning.
   (d)   Site No. 4 shall be known and designated as the Hull Street Site and is described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Hull Street and North Sharpsville Avenue; being bounded on the west by the east line of North Sharpsville Avenue a distance of 66.0 feet; thence easterly along the south edge of an unnamed alley a distance of 124.0 feet; thence southerly along the west line of an unnamed alley a distance of 66.0 feet; thence westerly along the north line of Hull Street a distance of 124.0 feet to the point at the place of beginning.
   (e)   Site No. 5 shall be known and designated as the Library Site and is described as follows:
      (1)   Tract No. 1: Upper level of the Library Site with entrance from North Sharpsville Avenue.
      (2)   Tract No. 2: Lower level of the Library Site with entrances and exits on Pitt Street and North Dock Street.
   The Library Site is part of the property of the City of Sharon, known and designated as the Buhl-Henderson Community Library, and is described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of North Dock Street and Pitt Street; being bounded on the north by the south line of Pitt Street a distance of 206.6 feet; thence southerly along the west line of North Sharpsville Avenue a distance of 277.13 feet; thence westerly along the north line of East State Street a distance of 128.28 feet; thence northerly along the east line of North Dock Street a distance of 261.33 feet to the point at the place of beginning.
