No vehicle shall be parked between the hours of 8:00 a. m. and 9:00 p. m. during week days, and between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Sundays, in excess of ten hours at any one time upon portions of the streets hereinafter described and designated as ten-hour parking meter zones:
North Sharpsville Avenue, both sides from East Silver Street to Hull Street; west side from Hull Street to Thornton Avenue.
