No vehicle shall be parked between the hours of 8:00 a. m. and 9:00 p. m. during week days, and between the hours of 1:00 p. m. and 9:00 p. m. on Sundays, in excess of thirty minutes at any one time upon the portions of the streets hereinafter described and designated as thirty-minute parking zones:
Bank Street, north side from the alley to South Dock Street.
South Dock Street, west side from a point 153 feet south of East State Street an area of eighty-eight feet in length for four meter spaces and an open space of eighty-eight feet and then an area of sixty-six feet for three meter spaces.
North Sharpsville Avenue, east side from East State Street to Pitt Street; west side from Pitt Street to East Silver Street.
Vine Avenue, west side from East State Street to Pitt Street.
