(a) No person shall stop, stank or park a vehicle in any area designated as a school bus loading zone during the prohibited hours or days designated.
(b) The following area is hereby designated as a school bus loading zone: Staumbaugh Avenue on the west side of the street from a point 142 feet south of the projection of the south curb of Idaho Street to a point 235 feet south of this projection.
(c) No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle in the school bus loading zone designated in subsection (b) hereof during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on school days.
