480.11 BUS LOADING AND UNLOADING AREAS AND ZONES.
   (a)   No vehicle shall park in the following areas which are hereby designated as bus loading zones:
      (1)   East-bound stops on the south side of East State Street:
         A.   100 feet west of Chestnut Street;
         B.   Thirty feet west of South Dock Street.
      (2)   West-bound on East State Street:
         Thirty feet east of the east crosswalk of Chestnut Street on East State Street.
      (3)   East-bound bus stops on West State Street:
         A.   Thirty feet west of Water Avenue;
         B.   Thirty feet west of the crosswalk at the west end of the State Street Bridge.
      (4)   West-bound bus stops on West State Street:
         A.   Thirty feet east of Water Avenue;
         B.   Thirty feet west of the crosswalk at the west end of the State Street Bridge.
      (5)   South-bound bus stops on North Water Avenue:
         Thirty feet north of West State Street.
      (6)   The Chief of Police shall from time to time designate or change the location of any bus stop.

   (b)   The following streets or portions thereof shall be marked and designated as bus loading and unloading zones, and the stopping or standing thereon by motor vehicles, other than buses, for the purpose of loading or discharging passengers, is hereby prohibited. The bus loading and unloading zones shall be:
      (1)   The east side of Vine Avenue commencing at a point twenty feet north of the intersection of the east line of Vine Street with the north line of Pitt Street, thence north along the east line of Vine Street to a point twenty feet south of the intersection of the east line of Vine Street with the south line of Silver Street; and
      (2)   The east side of Shenango Avenue beginning at a point twenty feet north of the intersection of the east line of Shenango Avenue with the north line of State Street, thence north along the east line of Shenango Avenue to a point, such point being twenty feet south from the intersection of the east line of Shenango Avenue with the south line of an alley known as Cherry Way.
