480.08 PARKING PROHIBITED IN SPECIFIED PLACES.
   (a)   Prohibited Places Generally. Except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or to protect the safety of any person or vehicle or in compliance with law or the directions of a police officer or official traffic control device, no person shall:
      (1)   Stop, stand or park a vehicle:
         A.   On a sidewalk or the area between the curb or curbline and the sidewalk;
         B.   Within an intersection;
         C.   On a crosswalk;
         D.   Alongside or opposite any street excavation or obstruction when stopping, standing or parking would obstruct traffic;
         E.   Upon any bridge or viaduct;
         F.   On any railroad tracks;
         G.   In the area between roadways of a divided highway; or
         H.   At any place where official signs prohibit stopping.
      (2)   Stand or park a vehicle:
         A.   In front of a public or private driveway;
         B.   Within fifteen feet of a fire hydrant;
         C.   Within twenty feet of a crosswalk at an intersection;
         D.   Within thirty feet upon the approach to any flashing signal;
         E.   Within thirty feet of a stop sign;
         F.   Within thirty feet of a yield sign;
         G.   Within thirty feet of a traffic-control signal located at the site of a roadway;
         H.   Within twenty feet of the driveway entrance to any fire station;
         I.   Within seventy-five feet of an entrance to a fire station on the opposite side of the street;
         J.   On a limited-access highway; or
         K.   At any place where official signs prohibit standing.
      (3)   Park a vehicle:
         A.   Within fifty feet of the nearest rail of a railroad crossing; or
         B.   At any place where official signs prohibit parking.
   (b)   Unattended Vehicles on Private Property. No person shall park or leave unattended a vehicle on private property without the consent of the owner or other person in control or possession of the property except in the case of emergency or disablement of the vehicle, in which case the operator shall arrange for the removal of the vehicle as soon as possible.
   (c)   Property Owner May Remove Vehicle. The owner or other person in charge or possession of any property on which a vehicle is parked or left unattended in violation of subsection (b) hereof may remove or have removed the vehicle at the reasonable expense of the owner of the vehicle.
   (d)   Parking Prohibited During Certain Hours. Parking is prohibited between the hours of 12:00 a.m. local time and 6:00 a.m. local time on the following designated streets or portions thereof:
   Agate Way
   Bank Place
   Chestnut Street
   North and South Dock Street
   Franklin Street
   Hickory Street
   N. Irvine between State Street and Ellsworth Avenue
   Main Avenue
   Mill Street
   Pearrell Street
   Penn Avenue
   Pitt Street
   Porter Way
   Railroad Street
   Reno Street
   River Avenue
   Rose Court
   North and South Sharpsville
   Shenango Avenue
   East and West Silver Street
   East and West State Street
   Vine Street
   Yazvac Place
