No vehicle shall be parked in excess of two hours at one time on the following streets or portions of streets:
Forker Boulevard, west side from the south line of Pearl Street to the north line of the driveway into the Bennett Center parking area.
Reno Street, north side between Shenango Avenue and Vine Avenue.
South Dock Street, west side for a space of eighty-eight feet located at a point beginning 241 feet south of East State Street and continuing to a point 329 feet south of East State Street.
