No vehicle shall be parked in excess of one hour at one time on the following streets or portions of streets:
South Dock Avenue, west side from a point forty-one feet south of its intersection with East State Street to a point ten feet north of the projected north curb line of Bank Place.
Pitt Street, south side between Shenango Avenue and North Railroad Street.
East State Street, north side from Shenango Avenue to a point 100 feet west of North Dock Street; south side from the projection of the east curb of Shenango Avenue to a point 100 feet west of South Dock Street.
West State Street, both sides from the Shenango River to Main Street.
Vine Street, both east and west sides, between East State Street and Pitt Street.
Woodrow Court, west side entire length.
Yazvac Place, north side entire length.
