468.05 ENFORCEMENT.

The Police Department of the City is hereby authorized to use all speed-timing devices for the determination of speed of a motor vehicle as approved, or may be approved, by the Department of Transportation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in accordance with Title 75, Section 3368 of the Vehicle Code.
