(a) No truck or trailer, as defined in the Vehicle Code of Pennsylvania, or combination thereof, shall be operated on the west side of Stambaugh Avenue from Division Street to the rear property line on the south side of Union Street. Trucks may be operated thereon for the purpose of delivering or picking up materials or merchandise from or to residents or commercial establishments.

(b) No truck shall be operated on the Main Street Extension between Silver Street and Bridge Place. The same shall be specifically and exclusively reserved for use by non-truck vehicular traffic and truck traffic making local deliveries.
