No truck or trailer, as defined in the Vehicle Code of Pennsylvania, having a capacity of five tons gross weight or more shall be operated on the following streets or portion of streets:
Buhl Boulevard, both directions for the entire length.
Highland Road, both directions for the entire length.
Wayne Place, both directions for the entire length.
Orchard Street, from its intersection with New Castle Avenue west to its intersection with South Dock Street.
Walnut Avenue.
Sterling Avenue between Budd Street and Connelly Boulevard.
