442.03 OBEDIENCE TO TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES AND REGULATIONS.

(a) All pedestrians shall obey the instructions of a police officer or other appropriately attired person authorized to direct, control or regulate traffic.

(b) All pedestrians shall obey traffic and pedestrian control signals erected by the officials of the City in accordance with the requirements of the Commonwealth.
