420.03 TEMPORARY REGULATIONS.
   The Mayor may, after written notice to the Council, enact and provide for the enforcement of temporary regulations amending any part of the Traffic Code, when the Mayor determines that circumstances reasonably require such change. All such amendatory regulations shall be clearly posted in the area to be affected, and no such regulation shall be effective for more than ninety days, without an approving resolution of Council. The notice to Council shall identify the section fo the traffic code being temporarily superceded; the physical areas to be affected; the nature of the temporary regulation; the anticipated duration of the temporary regulation; and the reason(s) for the enactment of the regulation.
