(a) Eligibility Reauirements. Any employee who was a participant as of the effective date of this amendment and restatement of the Plan shall continue to participate in the Plan. Thereafter, any employee upon his or her hiring will become a participant provided that such employee contributes to this Plan pursuant to Section 288.03.
(b) Determination of Eligibility. The Board shall determine the eligibility of each employee for participation in the Plan.
