In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between any of the provisions of this chapter and a provision of any of the Wage Agreements between the City and representatives of the various bargaining units for the various classes of Municipal employees, which Wage Agreements provide for compensation, benefits and other incidents and conditions of employment, the provision of the Wage Agreement shall control.
