All full-time employees of the City not otherwise covered by a collective bargaining agreement shall be afforded the following fringe benefits in addition to pension benefits already provided through PMRS:
(a) Holidays. New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, three personal days.
(b) Vacations. After one year - two weeks
After five years - three weeks
After ten years - four weeks
After fifteen years - five weeks
(c) Sick leave. Five sick days per annum with any unused days purchased by the City at one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day on December 31.
(d) Funeral leave. Up to three days (including day of funeral) depending upon degree of consanguinity.
(e) Medical policy. The City will provide a comprehensive policy covering hospitalization, medical, surgical, major medical, prescriptive drug and vision care. Employees shall be responsible for:
(1) All co-pays provided for in the policy(ies);
(2) An in-network annual deductible of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per individual, five hundred dollars ($500.00) per family and out of network seven hundred dollars ($700.00) per individual, nine hundred dollars ($900.00) per family; and
(3) Ten percent (10%) of the premium cost for the policy or policies elected, payable in equal amounts over the number of pays per annum.
