The Land Bank may be dissolved according to the requirements of state law upon a finding adopted by a two-thirds majority of the Board of Directors and approved by the Sharon City Council that there is no longer any need for a Land Bank to function within the territorial limits of the City of Sharon. Assets, upon dissolution of the Land Bank, shall be distributed according to law.
