The Commission shall be comprised of a seven member board appointed by Sharon City Council. The terms of office of the first members of the Commission shall commence on the date of appointment and shall be computed from the first Monday in June, 2013. Membership on the Commission shall be staggered. There shall be two members each with five year terms; two members each with four year terms; two members each with three year terms and one member with a one year term, who shall be a Senior High School Student at Sharon High School. The City Council shall have the exclusive right and power to appoint any and all subsequent members to the Commission. Any person appointed by the Council to fill a vacancy created by death, incapacity, disqualification, resignation or removal shall only serve the remaining unexpired term held by the replaced member of the Commission. All members appointed to the Commission hereafter to fill a vacancy created by the expiration of a member term shall serve a term of five years. The City Council shall have the exclusive right and power to appoint any and all subsequent members to the Commission.
