276.02 NAME; ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION.

The name of the proposed Authority is the Sharon Library Authority. Pursuant to this intention, the Articles of Incorporation of the Authority are hereby approved and adopted in the form set forth in Ordinance 22-04, on file with the City Clerk.
