The Sharon City Council may appoint a member of the Sharon City Council to serve as a representative of the Sharon City Council in an ad hoc capacity. This member shall participate in discussions and make recommendations but will not vote on any matter to come before the Recreation Commission. The City Manager and his or her staff shall provide the members of the Recreation Commission with the necessary administrative support and information to perform their duties.
