The initial members of the Commission shall be appointed to staggered terms: three members shall be appointed to serve three-year terms, two members appointed serve two-year terms and two members appointed to serve a one-year term. Thereafter members shall be appointed to serve such terms as will provide, as nearly as possible, for the even and uniform expiration of terms over any three-year period. Members may be reappointed. Vacancies shall be filled by the Sharon City Council for the remainder of any unfulfilled term.
