256.01 BOARD CREATED; MEMBERSHIP; FUNCTION.
   A Civil Service Board consisting of three members is hereby created. The Board shall receive applications and conduct examinations of candidates for the Bureaus of Police and Fire and perform the duties prescribed in the Third Class City Code.
