The initial members of the Commission shall be appointed to staggered terms: three members shall be appointed to serve three year terms, two members appointed serve two year terms and two members appointed serve a one year term. Thereafter members shall be appointed to serve three year terms. Members may be reappointed. Vacancies shall be filled by the Sharon City Council for the remainder of any unfulfilled term.
