The Economic and Community Development Commission shall consist of seven members to be appointed by the Sharon City Council. All members must be electors of the City. The membership shall consist of at least one member who is a representative of the industry sector of the City; one member who is a representative of the commercial sector of the City; and one member who is a representative of the banking/financial sector of the City. The Economic and Community Development Commission shall appoint from its membership a chairman, vice chairman and such other officers and committees as it may deem necessary.
