The Juvenile Division shall perform the duties and responsibilities:
(a) Enforce all criminal statutes of the commonwealth within the jurisdiction of the City as they pertain to juveniles;
(b) Enforce all local police ordinances as they pertain to juveniles;
(c) Provide for the prevention and control of juvenile crime;
(d) Perform such other duties as may be assigned to it by the Chief of Police.
