246.05 SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS OF THE OPERATIONS OFFICER.

The Operations Officer shall possess a bachelor's degree in public administration or police science or related field; and have a minimum of five years experience in the administration of law enforcement; or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
