   There is hereby established in the City the following schedule of fees and charges for services rendered or materials supplied that are deemed expedient or necessary for the proper management, care and control of the City and its finances and for the maintenance of peace, good government, safety and the general welfare of the City:

$51.75 per hour per qualified personnel, annually adjusted to reflect actual personnel cost;  certified by the Finance Director
   Apparatus/Specialized Equipment, cost for dedicated service
Squad/ Confined Space rescue $150.00 first four hours, $25.00 for each additional 
Fire Engine or Rescue $500.00 first 4 hours, $100.00 for each additional
Truck $2000.00 first 4 hours, $500.00 each additional
   Public Utility Companies shall be exempt for the first hour of an emergency standby.
Hazardous Materials Clean-up:
 
$51.75 per hour per qualified personnel, annually adjusted to reflect actual personnel cost; certified by the Finance Director
   Apparatus/Specialized Equipment, cost for dedicated service
Squad/ Confined Space rescue $150.00 first four hours, $25.00 for each additional
Fire Engine or Rescue $500.00 first 4 hours, $100.00 for each additional
Truck $2000.00 first 4 hours, $500.00 each additional
Plus cost of supplies.
