208.06 DUTY OF RECORDER OF DEEDS.

The Mercer County Recorder of Deeds shall, immediately upon recording any deed, decree of distribution, partition or other conveyance of real estate within the corporate limits of the City, forward such instrument to the office of the City Engineer for registration.
