(a) All provisions of Part Four of the Codified Ordinances, the "Traffic Code", shall be enforced exclusively by the sworn, active officers of the Sharon Police Department, or the sworn active officers of any other police department acting in accordance with the provisions of any inter-municipal cooperation agreement;
(b) All provisions of the Codified Ordinances of the City, except those contained in the Traffic Code as provided for in subsection (a) above, may be enforced by either any code officer of the City, or any sworn, and active member of either the Fire Department or the Police Department of the City, or by any person acting in accordance with any inter-municipal agreement, or contractual agreement with the City, wherein either general or specific powers of inspection and/or enforcement have been delegated.
