4-3-3: PROVISIONS ADDITIONAL TO STATE REGULATIONS:

This chapter shall embrace, but not be in conflict with, the provisions of an act to protect the environment of the state, and to repeal certain acts therein named, being 415 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1 et seq. (2011 Code)
