4-2-6: PENALTY:
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 198, 8-5-1986; amd. 2011 Code)
