4-2-5: SOURCE OF SOLID WASTE; UNAUTHORIZED MATERIALS:
   A.   No garbage or refuse shall be collected by the village collector or placed outside for collection except garbage or refuse from residential premises within the village limits.
   B.   No person shall move any materials from one location to another to evade the provisions of this chapter.
   C.   The village collector shall not pick up any solid waste placed for collection in violation of any of the terms of this chapter. (Ord. 198, 8-5-1986)
