A. Days: Collection shall be on Monday of each and every week; provided, that when a recognized federal or state holiday falls on Monday, collection shall be on the following Tuesday of said week.
B. Hours: Collection shall take place between seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. and twelve o'clock (12:00) noon on Monday of each and every week, and garbage and refuse shall be set out no later than seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. on the day of collection. (Ord. 198, 8-5-1986)
C. Charges: Occupants of each dwelling or residential unit shall pay the amount charged by the disposal company, as approved by the board of trustees, and shall be entitled to set out not to exceed four (4) containers or the equivalent. (Ord. 198, 8-5-1986; amd. 2011 Code)
