4-2-3: PLACEMENT OF CONTAINERS:
Garbage and refuse shall be set out or placed at one and the same location in the public parkway or at the sidewalk in front of the residence served no later than seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. on the day of collection. (Ord. 198, 8-5-1986)
