4-1-2: ENUMERATION NOT EXCLUSIVE:

The various nuisances described and enumerated in this chapter shall not be deemed to be exclusive, but shall be in addition to all other nuisances described and prohibited by the ordinances of the Village, common law or State or Federal Statutes. (Ord. 314, 4-4-2006)
