3-5-6: TIME LIMITATIONS:

It is hereby declared unlawful and shall constitute a nuisance for any person to engage in soliciting prior to nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. or after eight o'clock (8:00) P.M. Monday through Saturday or any time on Sunday or on any state or federal holiday. (Ord. 371, 6-2-2015)
