3-5-5: APPROVAL, REVOCATION AND APPEAL:
   A.   The application shall be approved unless the investigation reveals that the applicant's business would pose a threat to the public health, safety, morals or welfare or that the applicant has been convicted of a felony or other crime of moral turpitude, committed fraudulent acts, or made false statements in the application.
   B.   The license granted herein may be revoked if the licensee has made false statements in the application; committed any fraud, misrepresentation or made a false statement in connection with the licensed activity or is convicted of any felony or other crime of moral turpitude.
   C.   The applicant or licensee may appeal any denial or revocation of license hereunder to the full village board of trustees by filing a written complaint with the village clerk stating the grounds for said appeal within thirty (30) days of denial or revocation of any license hereunder.
