A. License Required: No peddler, solicitor, itinerant vendor, and/or transient merchant shall engage in such activity within the village without having first obtained a license from the village clerk.
B. License Carried And Posted: Any person licensed hereunder shall carry on his or her person at all such times he or she is engaged in the licensed activity a copy of the license issued under this chapter. A copy of the license shall also be conspicuously posted on the bulletin board at village hall.
C. Fee: An application fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) shall accompany each application for license.
D. Expiration: All licenses issued hereunder shall expire thirty (30) days after issuance. No license issued hereunder may be transferred. (Ord. 371, 6-2-2015)
