2-2-1: CREATED; MEMBERSHIP AND QUALIFICATIONS:
There shall be created the Shannon commission on youth consisting of nine (9) members who are residents of the village and who, over the years, have shown a special, vital and public spirited interest in youth leadership and youth problems. The president and the chief of police shall be associate members, ex officio. (Ord. 80b; amd. 2011 Code)
